Pear Ring Settings

Pear ring settings without stones are semi-mount ring mountings shaped for pear centers. This page is for blank settings—not finished pear engagement rings with diamonds already set.

Match length × width in millimeters, then verify metal on each product page. Compare oval, marquise, and round settings, or browse metals such as sterling silver and 14K gold.

FAQs

Pear ring settings without stones are blank semi-mounts shaped for a pear center. Match the listing’s millimeter size. Stones are not included unless a listing says otherwise.

No. This hub is for semi-mount settings. Finished bridal rings with diamonds already set are a different product type.

Measure length and width in millimeters and choose a listing with the same size. Pointed tips need a secure seat—confirm head style in photos.

These are blank mountings made to accept calibrated stones when the mm size matches. Confirm shape and size on the product page before setting.

Listings include sterling silver and gold options. Verify the alloy on each product page.

Pear centers have a pointed tip that needs a secure seat. Some listings show a V-prong, an extra tip prong, or another protective tip detail in photos and titles—but head style varies by SKU.

Compare listing photos and title language before ordering. Do not assume one tip style applies to every pear semi-mount on this hub.

Other Tips

Pear ring settings without stones are semi-mounts for a teardrop-shaped center. Match millimeters first, then tip protection and metal.

1. Match length × width

Use the mm size on the listing.

2. Check the tip seat

Pear points need a secure head—read photos and title carefully.

3. Confirm metal

Verify alloy on the SKU.

Pear, oval, and marquise settings all use elongated center seats, but the outline differs: pear has one rounded end and one pointed tip, oval is fully rounded, and marquise has two pointed ends. Match the listing’s shape code and millimeters—not carat alone.

Finished engagement rings with a center stone already set are a different product type. Use these hubs when you are buying a blank semi-mount seat.
