Halo Ring Settings

“Without stones” here means the center seat is blank unless the listing says otherwise. Many halo semi-mounts still include accent stones in the halo or band.

Confirm accent inclusion and center inclusion separately on each product page—do not assume a blank photo means no accents ship.

Halo ring settings without stones are blank semi-mounts with a halo-style head around a center seat. You supply the center stone and match the listing’s millimeter size. Stones are not included unless a listing says otherwise.

Yes. This collection is built for halo settings sold without a center stone. Confirm shape, mm size, and metal on the product page before setting.

No. Finished bridal rings with diamonds already set are a different product type. Stay on this hub when you need a semi-mount halo setting for a stone you already have or plan to buy.

Oval, round, and cushion are the largest shape groups here. Pear and other shapes also appear. Use the shape child collections to filter, then verify the center size on each SKU.

A hidden halo places small accent stones under or beside the center head so they are less visible from a straight top view, unlike a classic face halo that frames the center from above. Only some listings use that language—read the title and photos carefully; do not assume every halo mount is a hidden halo.

Listings include sterling silver and gold options. Metal is listing-specific—use the sterling, 10K, and 14K halo children for a filtered path, and still confirm the alloy on each product page.

Match the center seat’s stated millimeters to your stone. Halo accent details vary by SKU and are not a substitute for center-size fit.

No. Hidden halos are a long-running style option, not an obsolete category. Whether a hidden halo feels current depends on your taste and the rest of the mount. Choose based on the look you want from the top view versus the side/gallery view, and confirm the exact head style on each listing.

A hidden halo adds accent detail that may be harder to see from above, so sparkle reads differently than a face halo. It can also mean more accent stones to inspect and clean, and the under-gallery look varies by SKU. Compare photos closely and confirm millimeter fit for the center seat—style preference is personal, and listing details override general advice.

A hidden halo can cost more than a plain solitaire because accent stones and labor are involved, but it is not automatically more expensive than a full face halo. Compare listed prices on similar metals and sizes rather than assuming a universal premium. Syzjewelry does not state a fixed hidden-halo surcharge.

Halo ring setting prices vary by metal, head style, and whether accent stones are already in the mount. Syzjewelry does not publish a single typical price here—use each product’s listed price as the source of truth, and remember the center stone is usually separate unless a listing says otherwise.
