I used a dark mystic topaz in the center for interest. Very fun and different ring. Came ready to set as usual. Dealing with Syzjewelry saves me time and money plus saves these old hands!

Since the mele stones are clear topaz, it made sense that I use a clear topaz pear shape center stone. The results perfectly compliments my faceting of the center stone. I could not ask for more attention to detail in setting and polishing. Setting my center stone was quick and easy with great results.

These are quite nice, with bezel settings for 6mm cabs. Be aware, however, that they are much smaller than anticipated. My wife couldn't fit them on and she is pretty small. So they are more child sized. Keeping that in mind, they are very nice.

Greetings, I specially requested that this semi mount be made in platinum instead of Sterling silver.

John made a CAD design ofthe semi mount, and accurately determined the price, which was way more economical than a jeweler here in Germany would have charged. Being that the prongs and ring was fashioned in 950PT, four prongs to secure the stone were sufficient to provide security.

The finish and workmanship on this semi mount is stunning, and the style of the setting allows a round stone to be exposed to the maximum amount of light. I had a high quality brilliant cut synthetic Moissanite stone mounted here in Germany, and the overall look is spectacular.

This is the second semi mount that I purchased from John, and if you want a high quality semi mount at an exceptionally reasonable prince, SYZ is the jeweler for you. On top of that SYZ has excellent customer service, and promptly shipped the ring to me soon after the order was placed.
